• Four-person, client-sponsored capstone on how generative AI could fit enterprise software development.
• Built the team’s eight-stage pipeline from plain-English request to tested pull request, with governance gates and a human merge. Presented the research and a working demo to IT leadership.

• Hardware, software, network, and account support for a university of 30,000+ students, faculty, and staff.
• Built a help desk assistant from 699 knowledge-base articles, with guardrails that require a technician’s sign-off before registry edits or scripts.

Nevada SBDC Cyber Clinic

• Assessed small-business systems for weak credentials, outdated software, and misconfigurations, and wrote remediation plans owners could act on.

HealthSpaces

• Deployed OpenVAS across client offices, ran vulnerability assessments, and presented prioritized findings to senior management.
